Terms of employment

Clones of the social status "Peasant" and above can work in the Order of Military Affairs. Each position requires at least 10 units of "Military Knowledge", and the positions of Chiefs of Corps or Chief of the Order of Military Affairs require a clone with a certain level of development.

Knowledge of military affairs can be obtained by a clone in the following ways:

Warning. It is forbidden to manipulate artifacts in order to obtain bonus special knowledge without reducing the strength of artifacts in the scheduled time.

The clone requires a working tool to work:

  • Pen (for all posts).

A clone can only hold one position at a given company. Work at the Military Affairs Order can be combined with work at other state enterprises (except the Meat Factory).

You can choose from five training corps (Navigation School, Artillery School, Cavalry Corps, Infantry Corps, and General Staff Academy). Peasants and higher status clones begin their careers in the Orders of Military Affairs (in their corps) with the position of Feldfebel/Midshipman. If you meet the requirements for a higher position, the clone will automatically be promoted to that position.

While working in this enterprise, the clone consumes one standard of endurance according to his social status. If a clone combines several jobs, the stamina consumption is summed up for all jobs. If a clone lacks the stamina to perform his duties, he will fail and thus will not receive pay and experience units. In this case, the strength of the tool is not consumed, and a reprimand is entered in the personal work book. If an employee is reprimanded for three consecutive days in a given position, he or she will be fired.

At any time you can resign from the Order of Military Affairs at your own request.

Amount of salary

Salaries for all employees of the Military Order are paid daily at pay time (after 00:00 GMT) in one part - additional bonus.

Also, your clone will be credited daily experience units, their number depends on the position held.

For detailed information on each position, see the company page (hover over the job title).

Additional bonus

Employees of the Military Affairs Order may receive bonuses. The amount of the bonus depends on the amount of "Military Knowledge" a clone has. The more knowledge - the higher his bonus will be. If a clone does not have enough knowledge to receive the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coin), the clone will not receive a bonus that day.

Every day the state transfers to the prize fund of the Order of Military Affairs:

  • 30% - of the cost of obtaining this or that military rank (from the component in gold coins). Funds go to the prize fund of one or another corps (Navigation School, Artillery School, Cavalry Corps, Infantry Corps, General Staff Academy) - the one where the training took place.

At the end of each business day, the accumulated bonus fund of each Corps of Military Affairs Order is paid in four installments:

  • 30% of the fund to all corps felfes/midshipmen, in proportion to each clone's Knowledge of Warfare.
  • 50% of the fund to all corps instructors, in proportion to each clone's Knowledge of Warfare.
  • 10% of the fund to the head of the corps.
  • 10% of the fund to the head of the Military Affairs Order.

Thus, the Chief of the Orders of Military Affairs receives 10% of each training corps fund.

Number of jobs and promotions

Each position has a different number of job openings. This amount is calculated according to the following rules:

  • There is no limit to the number of jobs for the paramedic/midshipman position.
  • There is no limit to the number of jobs for the corps instructor position.
  • The number of corps chief jobs is limited to 1.
  • The number of jobs for the position of Chief of the Military Order is limited and equals 1.

The opening of new positions does not automatically happen. A transfer from one position to another occurs at settlement time (after 00:00 GMT).

Also, during the working day one or more of the already occupied positions may become vacant (if the clone resigns or is dismissed for other reasons). In this case, the company will display available seats.

Your clone must meet the following requirements to be a corps instructor:

  • Have the necessary social status (or higher).

Your clone must meet the following requirements in order to hold the higher position of Chief of the Corps or Chief of the Orders of Military Affairs:

  • Have the necessary social status (or higher).
  • Have the necessary level of development of all enterprises in the principality (or higher).
  • Have more "Military Knowledge" than the worst employee in a superior position.

If your clone has taken a position as a paramedic/midshipman or corps instructor, he will remain in that position until he resigns himself or is dismissed for lack of stamina or tools. The chiefs of corps or the chief of the Orders of Military Affairs may be displaced to an inferior position by a stronger challenger.
