Trading Guild rules for the Trade Guild
-
Any inhabitant of the Clone Earth whose stamina is at least 0 can buy goods, with the exception of vagrants (vagrants and hungry clones can only buy food and gold coins here). You can't buy your own lot.
-
On the Commodity and Stock Exchanges, goods are purchased for gold coins. On the Currency Exchange, gold coins are purchased for cloncoins. You can only buy a whole quantity of a product. For example, you cannot buy 0.5 kg of bread. Please note: you cannot buy fractional amounts of gold coins on a currency exchange. For example, you can buy 2 gold coins for 2.6 kloncoins (at the price of 1.3 kloncoins for 1 gold coin), but you cannot buy 1.5 gold coins for 1.95 kloncoins.
-
A clone of the social status of "peasant" or higher (on the Currency Exchange, "artisan" or higher) can offer goods for sale. If the user account has at least one clone with negative stamina, an unrepaired settlement, an unrepaired house, an unrepaired Principality, an unrepaired Miracle or an unrepaired Great Construction, it will be impossible to place a lot on the Currency Exchange.
-
The price is per unit, the volume of goods for sale can be any integer.
-
The seller will be charged a fee of 0.5% of the full lot price, but not less than 0.0001 gold. On the fact of sale on the Commodity Exchange is charged 5% of the cost of goods sold, on the Stock Exchange is charged 44.5% of the cost of goods sold. These commissions are transferred to the state budget. The Currency Exchange does not charge any commissions.
-
If you withdraw the lot from the sale, the commission for the exhibition is not refundable.
-
The nominal price is the minimum possible price per unit of goods set by the state. You can't put an item up for sale at less than its face value.
-
Minimum/maximum price per unit - the minimum/maximum current price for the given commodity listed for sale on the exchange. The volume of goods with the price in this range is displayed on the chart (click on the appropriate icon in the right column).
-
The lots are bought starting from the minimum current price on the exchange.
-
New lots on the Commodity and Stock Exchanges are placed instantly. Lots created on the Currency Exchange are checked by the Administration of the game within 3 full business days before being placed.
-
The maximum number of lots that a player can put on the Currency Exchange is 3 lots per 1 day. The maximum volume of one lot is not limited. There are no restrictions on the number of lots on the Commodity Exchange or the Stock Exchange.
-
The state can participate in trading on the Currency Exchange by buying gold to settle accounts with state-owned enterprises.
-
The seller can assign a discount percentage when placing an item. The discount means the amount of gold coins that will be deducted from the amount of gold he will receive for selling the item (that is, the selling price minus the bidding and selling commissions). If there are several lots with the same price on the exchange, the first to be purchased will be the item for which the seller has set a higher discount percentage.
-
Dividends are NOT accrued on securities listed for sale on the Stock Exchange (or reserved in warrants for display). Accrual will resume as soon as the security is sold or removed from sale (or the order is canceled).
-
When buying or selling an item, the merchant receives "Merchant Authority" units of knowledge. Every 10 gold coins spent or gained by a clone in the course of trading in the Trade Guild (except the Currency Exchange) gives +1 Merchant Authority. The amount of "Merchant Authority" in a clone is recalculated once a day at the calculated time.
-
The Golden Clone server has a state monopoly on the sale of the commodity "water" at a fixed price. The sale of water by players is prohibited. On the "Conquered Lands" server this restriction does not exist.
-
The lots on the Commodity and Stock Exchanges are in perpetuity. On the Currency Exchange, lots that are not sold within 5 days of creation are automatically deleted.
Payments from profits
Every day the state pays out of the trade guild's profit fund:
- 10% - to the securities fund of the Trade Guild.
