A night shelter was created for the people of the Clone Earth who need help. Here a clone of the social status of a vagrant can get shelter and a livelihood.

Terms of employment

Clones of the social status of "Peasant" and above can work at Nochlezhka.

To get a job, your clone must spend a certain amount of gold coins, resources and prudence units.

The clone does not need a working tool to work.

A clone can only hold one position at a given company. Work at Nochlezhka can be combined with work at other state enterprises (except the Meat Factory).

While working in this enterprise, the clone consumes one standard of endurance according to his social status. If a clone combines several jobs, the stamina consumption is summed up for all jobs. If a clone lacks the stamina to perform his duties, he will fail and thus will not receive pay and experience units. In this case, the strength of the tool is not consumed, and a reprimand is entered in the personal work book. If an employee is reprimanded for three consecutive days in a given position, he or she will be fired.

You can resign from Nochlezhka at any time of your choosing. There is no return of spent resources, gold coins, and prudence on dismissal.

Amount of salary

Wages for all Nochlezhka employees are paid daily at settlement time (after 00:00 GMT) in one part - additional bonus.

Also, your clone will be credited daily experience units, their number depends on the position held.

For detailed information on each position, see the company page (hover over the job title).

Additional bonus

Nochlezhka employees may receive bonuses. If the bonus on any day is less than the minimum payout (0.0001 gold coin), the clone will not receive a bonus on that day.

Every day the state transfers to Nochlezhka's prize fund:

  • 0.01 gold coin for each resident (vagrant) who applied to Nochlezhka for shelter.

At the end of each working day, the accumulated Nochlezhka bonus fund is paid out in three installments:

  • 50% of the fund to all the Sisters of Charity equally;
  • 30% of the fund to all housing managers equally;
  • 20% of the fund to all managers equally.

Number of jobs and promotions

The number of jobs in the company is fixed and does not change.

During the working day, one or more of the seats already occupied may become vacant (if the clone resigns or is fired for other reasons). In this case, the company will display the vacancies available for employment.

In order to be promoted to a higher position, your clone must meet the following requirements:

  • Have the necessary social status (or higher);
  • Have enough judgment, gold coins, and resources;
  • Quit my previous job at Nochlezhka.

There is no return of spent resources, gold coins, and prudence on dismissal.

If your clone has taken a position, he will work at it until he resigns himself or is fired for lack of stamina.
