Transmission of the settlement
If necessary, the owner of the settlement can completely transfer the right to control it to another clone on the account. This can be done on the page "Investor" → "Urban Planning" → "Your settlement" → "Settlement". The clone who is to become the new owner must meet the necessary status requirements (estate - peasant and above, village - burgher and above; city - merchant and above and megalopolis - baron and above), and not be the owner of another settlement. There should be no working clones in the gold mines in the settlement.
The cost of the transfer depends on the level of development and is shown in the table below.
