Princely Palace
The construction of the princely palace is another step of the Grand Duke before he receives the title of Emperor of the Clone Earth. The presence of a palace is a prerequisite for this title. As soon as the first palace is built, the state begins to pay into the "palace fund" 7% of the "Social Status Enhancement" revenue line. At the end of each working day, the accumulated fund is paid out evenly to all palace owners.
Only 30% of each type of resource (with the exception of those that are fully consumed at the start of construction) is sufficient to start construction work, and the rest can be added as the work progresses.

One builder uses 0.25 iron and grains and one unit of each of the other resource types per day. Gold coins are written off in full at the beginning of construction and are a government charge.
Repair
This structure does not need periodic repairs.
Additional bonuses
At the end of each working day, a special fund is divided among all the owners of the palaces.
