Majestic buildings

The majestic structures are beneficial to various aspects of the inhabitants of the principalities and settlements in which they are built. The exception is the palace. Their common feature is also a beneficial effect on dragons. You will learn about other features of the majestic structures in this chapter.

Only 30% of each type of resource (with the exception of those that are fully consumed at the start of construction) is sufficient to start construction work, and the rest can be added as the work progresses. Read more at about hiring builders.

The prince himself manages the supply of materials for construction and hires the necessary number of workers for the construction. The hired workers will work only with the amount of resource that the Prince himself added (the resource brought in by the state Oboznaya artel from the State Reserve is immediately set by the state workers).

All architectural Wonders and Aqueducts on Clone Earth, which are over 1000 days old, need to be repaired every 30 days. The first repair is made on the 1001st day and then at intervals of 30 days. The exception is the Queen of the Night, because it needs to be repaired 30 days after erection. The cost of repairs for all types of buildings is given in the relevant sections below.

The Broken Architectural Miracle, or Aqueduct, does not participate in the calculation of account scores and does not receive state awards.

If the building is not repaired in time, the time until the next repair is still counted. That is, in 60 days you will need to spend double the amount of material, and so on.

If there is a single unrepaired Wonder on the user's account, it will be impossible to place a lot on the Currency Exchange of the Trade Guild.

When calculating a clone's property score and player's account score, the value of the built Architectural Wonder/Great Building/Megalithic Buildings score is taken into account with an increased coefficient of 1.5.

The first 11 builders of the Giant Sunflower and Great Spike wonders (account holders) who completed their builds were presented with Architect's Gold Rings and Golden Clone Jubilee Medallions by the Administration. At the moment, the jewelry giveaway is over, but more gifts await participants in the future. Stay tuned for more project news!
