Pig race

Pig race

Pig races are held at the boar stadium, which is a great place for boar athletes to compete.

Participation in races

If you are a pig farmer and you have suitable boars, you can enroll them in competitions.

Of course, before the races it makes sense to engage in training to develop athletic skills.

Only boars 15-350 days old can train and participate in sport races when the "Sport Mode" is activated. Read more

To participate in the competition you can:

  • Register for a race that someone else has already created.
  • Create your own run.

When creating your own race, you must specify the desired number of participants in the race and the cost of participation in gold coins. In order to create your race, you must have a boar athlete, and he will automatically participate in the created race.

The minimum cost to participate in the race is 0 gold. The maximum waiting time for the participants of the race is 24 hours. If the required number of participants has not been collected during this time, the race is canceled and the deposited gold coins are returned to the owners.

The minimum number of participants in the race - 3, the maximum - 6.

One animal can participate in a maximum of 3 races/day. If an animal has additionally participated in the Three Little Pigs tournament that day, it does not reduce the number of possible races in the Boar Stadium. Simultaneous participation of the animal in the race and in the tournament is not allowed.

Before the start of the race, participants do not know the specifics of the course prepared for them on the track of the Boar Stadium.

The race begins as soon as the required number of runners is reached.

Participation in the race adds 0.016% muscle mass to the boar. Remember that muscle mass cannot be more than 70% of the animal's weight.

The quality of the boar's nutrition affects his performance during the race - the lower the animal's satiety as a percentage, the lower all his performance.

Video broadcasts from the races can be viewed by clicking on the appropriate icon next to the image of the animal.

Payment of prizes

Contributions of participants in gold coins are summed up and form the accumulated fund of the race.

The entire generated race fund is paid out:

  • 80% - for the payment of prizes to the winners (prize fund).
  • 10% to the Stadium Athletic Committee for boars.
  • 2% to the fund of the Imperial Court.
  • 8% - to the fund for the development of the technical base of the project.

All participants are declared winners of the races, except for the last one to finish the race. Prizes are paid in proportion to the number of points earned, relative to the total amount of points of all winners. For first place is given the number of points equal to the number of winners of the race. One point is given for the last place.

Example

Six boars participated in the race. Accordingly, five winners were determined.

Distribution of points by place:

  • 1st place: 5 points.
  • 2nd place: 4 points.
  • 3rd place: 3 points.
  • 4th place: 2 points.
  • 5th place: 1 point.

The total sum of the winners' points: (1 + 5) / 2 - 5 = 15.

The cost to participate in the race was 1 gold coin. Then the prize pool equals: 1 - 6 - 80% = 4,8.

  • 1st place prize amount: 4.8 - 5 / 15 = 1.6 gold coins.
  • Prize amount for 5th place: 4.8 . 1 / 15 = 0.32 gold coin.

Betting on the winner

During the 3 minutes before the start of each race, you can bet in gold coins on a boar participating in the race.

The winner is the boar who only took first place.

If you place multiple bets on the same boar, they add up.

It is not possible to cancel a bet.

Depending on the number and value of bets already made by players, you can see dynamically updated odds of winnings. 90% of the bets made are distributed to the winners depending on the odds. Let's say that with your bet of 1 gold coin and odds of 1.3, you will get 1.3 gold coins if this boar wins.

If all participants bet only on the winning boar, all bets are returned to the players.

If all participants bet only on the losing boars and no bets were placed on the winning boar, all bets go to the Stadium Sports Committee fund for boars.
