Two-factor authentication

Enabling two-step authentication

Two-step authentication provides an additional level of protection for your account against hacking. When using this feature, you must enter not only your password, but also a special code created by the application in order to log in to your account.

To generate codes, you can use the Google Authenticator app, which must be installed on your mobile device. Codes can be generated even without access to the cellular operator's network or the Internet.

To enable two-step authentication to log into the game, follow these steps:

  • Check the "Enable two-step authentication" box on the Security Settings page and save the settings.
  • Go to the one-time password settings page by clicking the link that appears next to the checkbox. Add the account you created for you to the Google Authenticator app using the qr code or secret key that appears on the screen. The name of the account can be changed as you wish.
  • Activate the account. To do this, enter the code received in the application in the special field on the one-time passwords setting page.

Warning! After successful activation the possibility to see qr-code or secret key in the game disappears.

If you have at least one activated account of one-time passwords, when logging into the game after entering the game password will additionally be asked for a one-time code, which can be obtained in the installed application. Spare codes

If for some reason the device with the code-generating application is unavailable, you can use the replacement codes to enter the game. You can view a list of your backup codes and generate new ones by clicking the button with the corresponding name on the one-time password settings page. Only the most recently created codes are valid. Each code can only be used once.

If any of the connected devices or replacement codes cannot be used, access can only be restored through support.

Do not store backup codes electronically! It is recommended that you write down or print out the spare codes on paper without any special marks and keep them in a safe place.
