Feeding dragons
Dragons eat once a day, when they wish, and immediately after consuming food - produce.
It is recommended to replenish the dragon feeder with a stockpile. A dragon has enough patience for 5-10 days of starvation in its native habitat, and at any time after the fifth day of starvation it can leave the cave. Perhaps it will show up somewhere on Clone Earth and try to settle in with a new owner, or it may disappear forever.
Feeding selectively is not allowed. There is one dragon feeder built, common to dragons in the castle caves, the amber caves of the principality, and the research center.
Each age of the animal corresponds to its optimal feed ration, which will allow it to gain weight at maximum speed and produce the maximum amount of production.
It is important to understand that deviations from the optimal feed ration will result in lower weight gain by your animals, as well as lower speeds in the rest of their vital processes and production.
As the animals get older, the consumption of each type of feed increases from a minimum on the first day to a maximum on the last day of the age period, and their weight gain increases proportionally from a minimum value on the first day to a maximum value on the last day of the age period.

It is possible to obtain offspring from dragons at the age of 101 to 900 days inclusive.
If the animals receive a very small (relative to the optimal diet) amount of feed, close to 0 - their weight will be reduced by 1/3 of the weight they would have gained at the optimal feed ration.
Suboptimal dragon food rations
If there is less food in the animal feeder than is needed for an optimal ration, your animals' feed ration becomes sub-optimal (partial).
The deviation of indicators in case of non-optimal diet of your animals can be calculated according to the following formula:
Weight gain and the amount of production (manure) decreases:
- Current value of the parameter = (value of the parameter at the optimal diet - 3/4)
The recovery and pregnancy periods are lengthened:
- Current parameter value = (parameter value at optimal diet - 4/3)
Now, let's consider the case where there are 3 types of food missing from the feed ration. The above formulas take the following form:

- Current parameter value = (parameter value at optimal diet - 1/4)
The recovery and pregnancy periods are lengthened:
- Current parameter value = (parameter value at optimal diet - 4/1)
The consequences of any intermediate deviations from the optimal feed ration are calculated in the same way. However, note that the above examples of calculation do not apply to the amount of gold that the dragon brings. The amount of gold yielded by suboptimal feeding rations also decreases, but the relationship is not linear.
